This cake was made for a crawfish boil. 13x9 inch butter flavored sheet cake with buttercream icing, fondant pot and crawfish pieces.

- My name is Shannon Dodd and I live in Brandon, MS with my husband and three wonderful children ages 10 and 7 and two years old! I work part-time as a Physical Therapist in Jackson, MS. Decorating cakes has become a hobby of mine slowly over time although I feel it was probably destined to be from the time I was a child. I made my first decorated birthday cake for my son on his first birthday with the help of my mother who always made birthday cakes for my sisters and myself when we were little. My children have always been so excited to have their own special cake for the occasion. My mom and dad would quickly tell you that I was not always so grateful and break into a long-winded story of how I was a major brat when my mother baked me a barbie doll cake. How was I supposed to know that my prized barbie was not actually baked in the oven in the shape of a cake as it seemed?
